Chairman

DATO' SERI JOYHANIS MOHD JAMIL

Managing Director

DATIN SERI NASITAH MOHAMAD FAZIL

Human Resource Executive

The Human Resource Executive is a crucial part of our HR team, responsible for executing a broad spectrum of HR functions to ensure efficient and smooth operations throughout the organization. This role primarily focuses on the employee lifecycle, encompassing administrative support, talent management, and maintaining positive employee relations. Key responsibilities include supporting end-to-end recruitment and new employee onboarding, acting as the primary point of contact for daily employee queries and issues, and performing essential HR administration such as maintaining accurate records and managing documentation. Furthermore, the Executive assists with performance management cycles, coordinates employee training programs, and ensures all departmental activities strictly adhere to both company policies and relevant labor laws. Accounts Executive

MUHAMMAD KHAIRUL MUNIR MOHD ZAIDE

The Operations Department is the backbone of the entire organization, responsible for the logistical and physical execution of a project. While designers focus on the creative vision, operations professionals ensure that vision is brought to life on the ground, on time, and within budget. Their responsibilities are vast and include everything from managing vendor relationships and coordinating with suppliers for materials, catering, and equipment, to overseeing the physical setup and breakdown of an event or exhibition booth. They are also in charge of critical tasks like budget management, site planning, securing necessary permits and licenses, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Ultimately, the operations team is the one that solves problems in real-time and acts as the central hub for all on-site activities, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for clients and attendees.
