Chairman

DATO' SERI JOYHANIS MOHD JAMIL

Managing Director

DATIN SERI NASITAH MOHAMAD FAZIL

NOOR HAMIZAH ABU TALIB

Their role is to ensure that the final installation is visually striking, functional, and effectively communicates the client's key messages to the target audience, leaving a lasting impression.

3D Designer

MUHAMMAD SYABIL SHAMSUL IZWAN

The 3D designer works under the guidance of a lead designer to bring a project's creative vision to life. Their role is primarily focused on the execution and development of design concepts. This includes creating detailed designs and 3D models of event spaces, booths, and installations, selecting materials and finishes, and producing the technical drawings needed for fabrication. They are responsible for ensuring that all design elements are accurate, cohesive, and align with the client's brand and objectives. The designer collaborates closely with the lead designer and other team members, such as project managers and production staff, to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Graphic Designer

RAUHATI RAZALI

The graphic designer is the specialist responsible for all two-dimensional visual elements. They are crucial for translating a client's brand identity and message into a visually compelling experience for attendees. This involves designing a wide range of materials, including large-format graphics like banners, backdrops, and signage for exhibition booths and event stages. They also create a variety of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and event programs, as well as digital assets for on-site screens and social media promotion. Working closely with the lead designer and the production team, the graphic designer ensures that all visuals are not only aesthetically pleasing but also technically accurate for production and consistent with the overall event theme and branding.

Operations

MUHAMAD ADAM OTHMAN

The operations department is the backbone of the entire organization, responsible for the logistical and physical execution of a project. While designers focus on the creative vision, operations professionals ensure that vision is brought to life on the ground, on time, and within budget. Their responsibilities are vast and include everything from managing vendor relationships and coordinating with suppliers for materials, catering, and equipment, to overseeing the physical setup and breakdown of an event or exhibition booth. They are also in charge of critical tasks like budget management, site planning, securing necessary permits and licenses, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Ultimately, the operations team is the one that solves problems in real-time and acts as the central hub for all on-site activities, ensuring a seamless and successful experience for clients and attendees.
